For safe purchase & online distribution of medication

For safe and accessible online medication

The main motivation that propels us to do what we do is to constantly further increase the safe purchase and distribution of medication via the internet. We firmly believe in the ehealth model and the opportunities it provides to people all over the world to purchase medication in the privacy of their own homes, in remote areas and where the offline medical services are at the end of their capacity.

The preconditions for ehealth services are guaranteed data security, expert medical involvement, checks & balances in quality of medication, advice and distribution and, last but not least, a regular assessment of the suitability of sales of all online medications.

The latter is our domain, the eHealth Medical Advisory Board.

eHealth Advisory's Role

We advise eHealth platforms on a regular basis about which medication to add to their product lists and, even more important, which medication to de-list altogether because we deem them unsuitable for online offering for a variety of reasons.

These reasons may be for instance:

  • The end-user cannot be ascertained without a doubt.
  • The medication might be used for other purposes than intended.
  • The side effects cannot be managed and tracked online.
  • Better alternatives are available.

We ensure safe online medication

The platforms we render our services to, and provide with our advice, are all internationally active players such as Dokteronline (www.dokteronline.com) and the menopause platform SeemeNoPause (www.seemenopause.com), both offering a wide variety of medication for a range of discomforts in many countries.

We help them with aforementioned advice and services but also

  • assist them with quality assessments of their online anamneses,
  • perform medical checks on product- and other content,
  • provide them with market-intel on new products and changes in legislation and
  • are available for general council to them.

We do not look at the eHealth world ‘through a medical straw’ but have at our disposal a wide variety of disciplines to delve from and are inquisitive and highly interested in our clients’ business ideas and business models as well.
